Belles Eaux has carried on a wine growing tradition for several generations. Winemaking A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Mourvdre. Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats followed by a quite long maceration lasting from 30 to 40 days. Afterwards, the wine is preserved into French oak barrels for 15 months
